– “What is the best way to contact Veedercrest about my Wine Club membership?” – Call us at 612-840-4446 and ask for our Wine Club Administrator or send us an email at info@veedercrestwines.com
– “Can I order wine sent as a gift or for a special occasion?” – We can take orders for gifts of which like other orders can be billed to your credit card. A personalized gift card can be enclosed, and special delivery can be arranged. Some restrictions apply as we are not authorized to ship to all 50 states or internationally. If you have questions, feel free to contact us.
– “Can I give a Wine Club membership as a gift?” – Gift memberships are available for by contacting your Wine Club Administrator. There is a minimum of two shipments.
– “Can you ship to all states?” – Can you ship to all states? In accordance with state license and permit requirements and wine compliance Veedercrest is able to ship to the following states. All packages are released from our fulfillment center and shipped Federal Express ground. AK, CA, CO, DC, FL, GA, ID, IA, KY,MN, MO, NV, NM, NC, ND, OH, OR, TX, WY
– “What if I’m going to be gone at the time a shipment is due to be sent?”- Our release date is first of every month schedule. If you anticipate not being able to sign for the shipment please give us a call well in advance of the release date. We can make arrangements to delay your shipment for a little while or deliver to an alternate address.
– “What if I’m not home when they try to deliver my shipment?” –
Federal Express will leave notice that delivery was attempted asking you to call to make re-delivery arrangements. We strongly recommend that your wine be delivered to a business address. By law, it is necessary to have a person 21 years of age or older sign for the shipment.
